Postcards cost just $6.97CAD. Your physical postcard design and printing, postage, personalized video landing page, and review request system are included in this fee.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe and invoices for every postcard sent will be delivered to the email address you provide at setup.

What does it cost?

Setup is $17CAD and postcards cost $6.97CAD delivered anywhere in Canada and the USA. Your physical postcard designed and printed, postage, personalized video landing page, and review request system are all included in this fee.

Will I get invoices for postcards I order?

Absolutely. Even though there is no login required you will still get an invoice sent to the email you provide at setup. The invoice will come from Stripe which is a secure payment processing platform used by major brands worldwide.

Will you have access to my credit card information?

Absolutely not. Credit card processing is handled by Stripe which is a secure payment processing platform used by major brands worldwide. Postify.me will never have access to your credit card information.

Do I need to remember a login and password?

Nope! We will send you your own personalized link tied to your own branding after setup. This can be made a web app on your phone or accessed from your computer.

How long does setup take?

After your fill out a 5 minute form and pay your $17CAD setup fee your customized link will be emailed to you within 20 minutes.

Do I need design experience?

Absolutely not. We make everything super easy.

How do videos on the postcards work?

You upload a new video with every postcard you order. This can be a file already on your phone or computer or you can take one right on your personalized order form. This allows you to include a completely personal video for every client detailed to the experience you shared with them.

How long does mailing take?

Normally 4 to 5 business days in Canada and the USA. You will get an email when your client recieves their postcard.

Is postage included?

Yup, postage to anywhere in Canada and the USA is included.

Can I use this for different businesses or teams?

You can use it for as many businesses as you like but a separate setup would be required if your logo and branding differs.

Is there a monthly fee for this?

Absolutely not. You are simply charged on a postcard to postcard basis. Order as many or as few as you want.

What does my one time $17CAD setup fee cover?

This fee covers customizing our postcard template with your branding and the creation of a personalized order form link tied just to you and your business.

How do you know where to send a postcard I order?

You will provide that on the order form accessible from the unique link you will get after setup. Google maps autopopulate will help make entering the mailing address super quick and easy.

What happens if someone gives me a poor rating?

If someone answers less than 10/10 on your custom landing they are directed to a feedback form (which will be sent to you) and not to give you a Google Review. Only ratings of 10/10 are directed to review your business online.

Can I send postcards internationally?

Currently we only offer shipping outside of Canada and the USA upon special request. Contact us if you desire this and we can work something out.
